Orders placed from Monday to Friday please allow 24 hours for order to process (no deliveries on weekends or public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next business day of the week.

SIGNATURE DELIVERY SERVICE
We offer the UPS option to obtain a signature, to guarantee your purchase is received. UPS will deliver without obtaining a signature. unless specified. This signature delivery service is an additional charge of $16. If there is a signature required, UPS will not leave the package at the delivery location. UPS will make three attempts to deliver the package.

Our Return Policy
Your complete satisfaction with your purchase is our goal. Returns may be made within 30 days of purchase, and you will be refunded the full purchase price (less shipping expenses) in the same mode in which the purchase was made ...credit card or check.
Merchandise returned must have original boxing, certificates/enclosures, and tags. Holiday gifts may be returned by January 10. Gift recipients may send back merchandise for store credit (though some retired or Final Sale merchandise is not eligible for return).
